Tiruchendur Murugan Alayam Temple, also known as the Kalladi Tiruchendur Murugan Temple or Eela Tiruchendur, is a Hindu temple on the seashore at Kalladi in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. Dedicated to Lord Murugan, the shrine developed from a small place of worship established in the 1960s. The present temple tradition links the site with Tiruchendur in India and with the long-distance foot pilgrimage route to Kataragama.
The temple remains an active place of worship and a stopping point for some Kataragama pilgrims. Visitors should dress modestly, remove footwear where required and avoid interrupting puja or private devotion. Festival dates and worship schedules follow the religious calendar and should be confirmed locally. The coastal setting is exposed to strong sun and seasonal rain, and Batticaloa is the appropriate travel base for reaching Kalladi rather than the more distant resort area of Pasikuda.
