Slip N Fly Water Park was the first water park to open on Koh Phangan and was once a must-do attraction for many tourists visiting the island. However, as of June 2024, Slip N Fly Water Park is permanently closed.
Here's what you would have experienced if it were still open:
The park was known for its lively atmosphere, especially during the times it coincided with the Full Moon, Half Moon and Black Moon parties. It offered a fun-filled day with exciting water slides, refreshing swimming pools, delicious food and drinks, and upbeat music.
The park's main attraction was its two 40-meter-long slides with a 45-degree elevation ramp at the end, giving riders an adrenaline rush as they launched into the air over 6 meters before plunging into the deep zone of the pool, which was 4 meters deep. There was also a 60-meter-long twisty toboggan slide for those who preferred a different kind of thrill.
In addition to the slides, the park also had a 700,000-liter pool, the largest on Koh Phangan. There were also chill-out areas with 17 salas for those who wanted to relax and soak up the sun. Two restaurants served food and drinks, and there were plenty of lockers and changing rooms available for guests' convenience.
