The Regional Science Centre, Guwahati, also popularly known as the Science Museum, is a science center located in Khanapara, Guwahati, Assam. It is one of the 27 such centers administered by the National Council of Science Museums, Department of Culture, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
The Regional Science Centre was inaugurated on March 15, 1994. The basic purpose of this Science Centre is to popularize science among the people of the region. It has been attracting students, teachers and general public ever since.

The Regional Science Centre is located at a distance of 12 km from Guwahati city. You can easily reach there by hiring a cab or rickshaw.
Entry Fee:
The entry fee for the Science Centre is Rs 25 for adults and Rs 10 for students. There is a free entry for children below the age of 3 years, physically challenged persons and Police/ Military personnel in uniform.
