Eisenhower State Park is a 423-acre park located in Grayson County, Texas, on the shores of Lake Texoma.
History
The park is named after Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th U.S. president, who was born in Denison, Texas. The land was acquired by the state in 1954 and opened to the public in 1958.

How to Get There
Eisenhower State Park is located about 10 miles northwest of Denison, Texas. From Dallas, take Highway 75 north to Denison. Take exit 72 and go north on Highway 91 to FM 1310. Go west on FM 1310 for 1.8 miles to the park entrance.
Additional Information
- The park is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- The park entrance fee is $5 per person per day for ages 13 and older.
- Children 12 and under are admitted free.
- Texas State Parks Pass holders receive free entry to the park.
