The Bara Bhangal Trek is considered one of the most challenging and thrilling treks in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is a long and isolated route that starts from the popular tourist destination of Manali in the Kullu district and ends in the remote village of Bara Bhangal in the Kangra Valley. The trek takes you through some of the most spectacular scenery in the Western Himalayas, including green meadows, flower-laden meadows, meandering rivers, waterfalls, glaciers, and high mountain passes.
- Day 1: The trek starts from Manali and takes you through thick forests to Lamadugh, a small village located at an elevation of 10,000 feet. Lamadugh, Manali

- Day 3: On the third day, you will cross the first high altitude pass on the trek, the Kalihani Pass, which is located at an elevation of 4,725 meters.
